At DSL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to put it right. Below you’ll find details of how our refunds and returns work.
Change of Mind / Unsuitable Items
- If you change your mind, or the item isn’t what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds are issued for the product price only – delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Returns for unwanted items are only available for UK customers.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed. If you wish to return these items, please ensure they remain sealed.
(This does not affect your statutory rights.)
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If an item develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, please contact us.
- We will offer either a refund or a replacement once the item has been inspected.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 3 working days of receiving the return.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item, or something is missing from your order:
- Contact us at customer.services@dslgroup.co.uk with your name and order number.
- We’ll arrange to send the correct item(s) and guide you on returning the incorrect product.
How to Return an Item
- Email customer.services@dslgroup.co.uk with your name, order number, and address.
- Ensure items are securely packaged in their original packaging. (We may deduct an amount if items are damaged due to poor packaging or handled beyond what you’d expect in a shop.)
- Post the item back using a trackable service.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
- Refunds cover the cost of the product only (not shipping).
- We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of receiving the return.
- Refunds are made to the same payment method used for purchase.
