Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

Free on orders over £30
- For orders under £30: £3.99 delivery charge
Express Delivery
- Estimated delivery: Next working day (orders placed before 3pm, Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays)
- £5.99 delivery charge
Note: We primarily use Royal Mail, but may use other trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day, if the items are in stock.
- Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Timelines
We do our best to meet the delivery timeframes stated above. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once we hand your order to the courier, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. courier network delays, weather, etc.).
Unfortunately, delivery charges cannot be refunded in cases where orders were dispatched on time but delivery was delayed.
Order Tracking
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
- The courier will also email you with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
